Robert Perrault successively held the following positions from 1974 to 1983: hosting director for the Festival international de la jeunesse des pays francophones, executive director of Tourbec, program director at the Office franco-québécois pour la jeunesse and executive director of the Regroupement des organismes nationaux de loisirs du Québec.

While representing the Rassemblement des citoyens et citoyennes de Montréal, he was elected city councillor for the Laurier district, a position he held from 1982 to 1990. Vice president of the city of Montreal executive committee and chairman of the Société de transport de la Communauté urbaine de Montréal board of directors, he also presided over the Conseil métropolitain du transport en commun and chaired as vice president of the Association québécoise des transporteurs urbains.

First elected in Mercier under the Parti québécois banner in 1994, Robert Perrault was reelected in 1998. After being minister of public safety from January 29, 1996 to August 25, 1997, he held the positions of minister of public safety, minister of state for greater Montreal and minister responsible for the Montreal region from August 25, 1997 to December 15, 1998. He then held office as minister of relations with the citizens and immigration from December 15, 1998 to October 6, 2000, when he resigned as minister and member of the National Assembly.

After being executive director of the Conseil régional de l'environnement de Montréal from 2001 to 2007, he worked as program director for the Défi Climat.

In 2009 and 2010, he volunteered with the CECI in Mali, where he helped develop public policy in the solidarity and social economics field. He has been the Centre’s executive director since April 2011.

Huguette holds a bachelor’s degree in music education and a college diploma in multimedia production. She has worked for more than 25 years in the cultural field. Thanks to her diverse professional experience, she has developed an expertise in event planning and logistics, communication, as well as marketing and sales. Offering a quality service comes first on her list of priorities, as she knows from experience how important successful events are to their organisers. 

Aude holds a degree in art as well as in multimedia production from the Université Michel de Montaigne located in Bordeaux, France. Before joining the Centre for Sustainable Development team in 2012 as web developer, she had worked as a teacher, author and multimedia producer.

Cyril holds a degree in business informatics and has accumulated over 15 years of experience in computer support and IT systems. 

After offering his services to companies such as BNP Paribas, Natixis and the Centre scientifique et technique du bâtiment, Cyril is now investing his technical and organizational skills in Mutualit'. Attracted by Mutualit's mandate and the human dimension of the team, Cyril is ready to take up some new challenges in the field of social economy.

Stéphane holds a degree in IT support and is presently studying computer system management at Rosemont College. 

After working full time for Mutualit' in 2015, Stéphane is now offering his services as a contractor - junior IT technician. Motivated by IT and organizational systems, he continues to pursue his professional development in the team.
