KITCHENETTE
Available with room rental, our kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, a sink, and a countertop. Please note: no oven, stove, or ice machine.

No printing services are available.
Fees apply in the event of damage.

Cancellation and change of date policy

Unexpected circumstances may sometimes force you to cancel or reschedule your event. Here is our policy regarding date changes and cancellations of a confirmed reservation:

  • 15 days or more before rental date
    20% of the rental fee
  • Between 14 and 6 days before rental date
    50% of the rental fee
  • 5 days or less before rental date
    100% of the rental fee

Cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing

Catering and eco-fees

As part of its commitment to ecoresponsibility, the Maison du développement durable now charges an eco-fee if you choose to use an outside caterer. This option results in an increase in waste, residual materials, and pollutants (disposable containers and utensils, gasoline used for delivery, etc.) associated with your event.

– 29* or fewer :
Fixed fee of $75 for the use of an external catering service and waste management

– 30* or more:
Fee of $2.50 per person* for the use of an external catering service and waste management

By choosing ZinZin as your catering service, no ecofees will be charges

*Applicable fees will be determined during the reservation process based on the number of attendees.

La Maison du développement durable has implemented a responsible events policy to reduce our environmental impact, increase our social impact, and promote joint responsibility among employees, suppliers, and clients for the management of responsible events.
