Equipment and services included with all space rentals

Organize an event at the Center is easy thanks to all the amenities included:

  • Furniture: tables, chairs, table cloths, etc.
  • A complete offer of audiovisual equipment and technical support on site
  • Technical support to hold a virtual or hybrid event
  • Building and restrooms are accessible to people with impaired mobility

Rates and schedule

To contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gases and waste management, an additional $50 fee will be charged per meal service for the use of an external caterer (breakfast, lunch, snacks, etc.).

Cancellation policy

1 month to 15 days before the day of the event: 50 $ (per reservation block, per venue).

Between 14 and 6 days before the day of the event: 30% fee of the price of the venue.

5 days and before the day of the event: 100% of the price of the venue.

No phone cancellations are accepted. Only written cancellations will be considered.
